Adult Hockey (Puck) Rules and Regulations:

Skateaway will not tolerate inappropriate behavior at any point once on the property. If you show any form of inappropriate behavior you will no longer be permitted in the building or on the property!

-          There will be no unsportsmanlike play.

-          No Swearing, spitting, fighting, or destruction to any part of the facility.

-          Any fighting or attempt to fight/punch will result in lifetime ban from Skateaway.

All team captains shall check in with the scorekeeper prior to each game for who is not in attendance, and of any jersey number changes.

Home Bench – Bench near office/scorekeeper.

3 Ten Minute Periods with 5 minute sudden death overtime if needed.

4 on 4 with 2 goalies – Clock stops on all whistles.

Substitutions - ($10.00 per Game) if not on Roster.

All Players Must play 5/15 regular games to Qualify for Playoff games.

Mercy Rule - 8 goals - Running Clock

1 Timeout per game.

Building will be open 15 minutes prior to game times.

No black tape on Sticks.

Must wear shin pads, gloves, elbow pads, and helmet.

All Penalty's 2 Minute Minors, No checking or fighting.

3 Penalties in one game will result in a game misconduct and the possibility of a 1 game suspension.

Each Team is allowed to reschedule 1 Game in Regular Season.

Standings: Win – 2 Points, Lost 0 Points, 1 point for overtime loss, 1 point for Tie

Playoffs: Best of 3 Series

Individual Award for Most Valuable Goalie (MVG)

Team Trophies awarded for each player of the championship team.

Depending on how many teams, divisions might be created.

Practice Times Available - $50.00 per hour

Captain of the winning team to receive a discount of $100 towards the next season.
